The ride this week has been very highly acclaimed: The EMINEM Ride with Denis! Many of you hit this one hard when it was released… so you know what to expect. And you can even race yourself from that first time riding it!
Cadence Bonus: this ride has four VERY fast intervals at the beginning and three shorter intervals with speed at the end… and the rest is climb, CLIMB, and CLIMBBBB! It is an average cadence target of 75 RPM.
