Ride Guidelines

It is suggested you follow the class format (i.e. in the saddle, out of the saddle, climbs, speed intervals, etc) as coached by the instructor.

If you stay within the range of the called-out cadences throughout the class, you should be very close to achieving the cadence bonus each time.

You may have resistance outside the recommended ranges. We have many riders who can exceed the resistance range and still follow the class and maintain cadences as called out by the instructor. There is no rule against going outside the resistance ranges.

You are not expected to PR every ride! Your goal is set to 94% of your PR on purpose.

You can ride at ANY time between the times the ride is announced on Wednesday until 8AM FRIDAY MORNING, FIRM. You must be DONE by 8AM!  🙂
